Welcome to the 2025-2026 MBA REGISTRATION for Organized 5 on 5 (3rd-8th Grade) and Mini-Hoopers (PreK - 2nd Grade)!

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information, sign up for participation or sponsorships and submit payment. To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or checking account information available. 

Organized 5 on 5 basketball is available for ages 3rd-8th grade and for all skill levels.  We believe in community based basketball that will allow all kids who register and attend practice regularly to participate.   Please see spudbasketball.com for more details around how teams are determined and seasons are structured.

Mini-Hoopers is a fun time for boys and girls starting in grades Pre-K to 2nd grade.  It will be held in the Moorhead Horizon West Gymnasium.

Dates

Saturday January 10th, 17th, 24th, and 31st

Times

PreK- Kindergarten:  8:30am - 9:15am

1st -2nd 9:30am - 10:30am

• Members of the boys & girls Spud basketball teams will be in attendance to teach the game of basketball and interact with your son or daughter.
• Each session will consist of fundamental skill development and fun basketball drills/contests.
• Each player will receive a t-shirt for participating.
  
  **NEW last year we added an introduction to organized 5on5 for 2nd graders in the Spring.  We are planning to do that again this year.   More information will be provided  in the Winter of 2026 along with a separate registration.
